Liam Wall – Operations Director

I’ve been working in the industry for 26 years in a number of different roles, starting at Turnells in New Covent Garden as a night loader in 1990.  I then moved into sales and learnt my trade at Prestige Primeurs. Following on from this I went on to work in sales at I.A.Harris for 8 years, then a further 2 years at Sheringhams. In 2016 I moved to join Premier as Operations Director and I hope to oversee the further growth and success of the business.

Jason Linke – Director

I’ve been in and around the market ever since I was a ten year old helping my Grandad during school holidays. Then on my 17th birthday, my grandad bought me a van, 20 bags of onions and 50 boxes of tomatoes and sent me on my way. That was the start for me building up a customer base in the restaurants and sandwich bars in the West End. I’ve stayed in the industry since then, and having worked in another family business, then joined Cream of the Crop in 2009 as Warehouse Manager. In 2010 I moved into the purchasing side and have been director since 2013.

Rosie Edwards – General Manager

My career began in 2009 with a telesales role at Cream of the Crop. As with many others, my role grew with the company and soon I was supporting the purchase and sales ledger teams. As we expanded,  the whole team chipped in; I’ve even driven the vans and packed orders when needed to! Soon Cream of the Crop became Premier Fruits Catering and we were joined by H&B Hawkes and Chefs Connection. In more recent times I starting looking after accounts and have been managing the HR side of the business.

Dean Cuningham – Financial Controller

I joined Cream of the Crop in 2007 as a driver. Between then and now, I have fulfilled most roles within the company, from driving and transport department, up to my current position of Financial Controller.  In this time we have seen the company evolve a lot up to the Premier Fruits Catering we see today.

After 8 years of learning and experience at Sheringhams I was offered a buyers role at Covent Garden Supply. In the past 2 years have seen the business from a different perspective. I am excited to play my part in the bright future with Premier Fruits as a buyer.
